    Completely different apartment to that we had requested! Very unhelpful owner, but nice man who sorted everything out. Was a nice appartment in the end but had to share kitchen and living room with others....

    All'inizio ho scelto Casa Vacanze - Solange per il prezzo e la posizione. Ci ha soddisfatto sia gentilezza del Sig. Erique, l'abitazione, insomma siamo stati bene.

    A charming and spacious house, located very close to piazza del campo and piazza del merchato, in an old medieval building of Sienna's center. It was very pleasent to drink a cup of italian coffe in the quite garden of the house.

    Die Lage fand ich ideal: zentral (in der Altstadt, um die Ecke vom Campo), aber sehr ruhig (Wohnung liegt "nach hinten heraus"). Schön fand ich den eigenen Zugang zum Garten und die eigene Sitzecke im Garten/Innenhof. Mein Appartement war außerdem ausreichend geräumig und schön hell durch ein großes Fenster zum Garten in der Schreib-/Essecke. Gut fand ich, dass zwischendurch (nach 5 Tagen) eine Reinigung der Räume und ein Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern stattfand.-Die Einrichtung/Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. war insgesamt o.k.
    Nicht so gut fand ich den etwas unpraktisch eingerichteten Kleiderschrank (Kleiderstangen entweder in 1,20 m oder ca.2,80 m (!) Höhe). In der Kücheneinrichtung fehlten (mir) Küchenmesser (kleine Messer zum Schälen/Schnibbeln) und eine Teekanne. Aber das waren alles lösbare und keine besonders großen Probleme!

    Enourmously helpful man who responded to out altered needs immediately and showed us around locally one morning. Superb location, stones throw from centre of town. Apartment has lots of lovely old features and was very warm = much appreciated bearing in mind the weather!
    Could have been better equiped in the kitchen but as it was unexpected this may be inaccurate for future lets

    très bon emplacement accueil ponctuel et agréable grandes pièces
    une grande partie des armoires et tiroirs de l'appartement étaient fermés avec du ruban adhésif que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans la cuisine..... pour éviter des vols ?
    Les verres, assiettes, couteaux, fourchettes, cuillers étaient très insuffisants, 4 ou 5 cuillers... seulement 5 verres de cuisine, les autres verres étant enfermés à clef dans une armoire non accessible...
    Pas de deuxième jeu de clefs de l'appartement.
    Pas de chauffage dans l'appartement ( période de location janvier )
    Télévisions non utilisables à défaut de codes d'accès et de mode d'emploi
    Odeur désagréable dans l'appartement
    Salle de douche très petite

    we were allocated the wrong appartment for 4 days with no offer of a refund.
    the hot water did not work and the boiler leaked on to the kitchen floor.

    Wonderful apartment with an excellent location. Truly enjoyed our host, Enrique, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The lovely garden area was a treat after long hours of walking the winding streets of Siena. We would love to return to both Siena and this apartment. There can be no better recommendation.

    The location was perfect. The willingness and help we got from Mr. Enrique was more than one can ask
    We based our decision to pick this apartment based on location and the pictures. The location was perfect but the pictures were not taken from the apartment we received which was a disappointment for us.
    The kitchen was missing basic equipment such as wine opener, kettle to boil water, cutting board and more. Mr. Enrique was kind enough to address some of shortage.

    1.Location was excellent. 2. Easy access to everywhere. 3.Apartment was very clean. 4. Good kitchen and laundry.
    There is only one kitchen, which has to be accessed from outside for one bedroom and is attached to another bedroom (noise and lights factor)and is not explained well on the website. Most people would think as we did that the kitchen/lounge would be central and accessible from there.
    The laundry is extremely large and they should give consideration to installing a second kitchen there. and then charge a higher price
    I would not stop here again nor recommend it to other people unless they sort out the kitchen.

    We were warmly greeted at this beautifully restored historical building and all the features of the apartment were explained to us. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes walk to the Piazza del Campo. 100% satisfaction and would recommend staying at this unique location to anyone. L&M from Canada

    The apartment was very spacious and clean, it was centrally located, it had all the amenities we need to have a wonderful and comfortable adventure. I would stay again and would recommend it to anyone.
    I can't think of one thing that was not satisfactory.

    We stayed in the first floor apartment, which is spacious, well equipped and well decorated. There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting area and a large well equipped kitchen. We all greatly enjoyed our stay.
    The description on the web-site does not include the upstairs completely sparate flat that we rented. We had no access to the garden. The description on the web-site needs to be updated. We were shown the downstairs flat that has access to the garden which looks good but is huge and I think that unless you are a large party you may not have exclusive use. Please Simonetta put a bottle opener in the kitchen upstairs!

    Eine grüne Oase mitten in Siena! Der Vermieter Enrique kümmert sich wirklich hervorragend um seine Gäste. Das Appartment hat viel Flair, ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Schlafräume geräumig, hell und mit Blick auf den schönen, gepflegten Garten mit vielen Blumen. Die Lage fantastisch, direkt hinter dem Campo, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wenn ich wieder nach Siena reise, dann werde ich bestimmt dort übernachten. È stato bellissimo!

    It is represented inaccurately as an apartment. It is not. It's a strange series of rooms, with a lot of people coming and going, and a general lack of security or respect for guests. The room wasn't ready when I arrived (close to 7pm before I could go in...when I did the laundry was still running...I ended up washing a bathmat myself...and hanging towels to dry so I could have another one to use), but the landlords...or whatever...were insisting that I leave by ten am on the day of departure because they needed to clean for more arrivals. I was locked out one night because the deadbolt was locked from inside. I had to call the local sos/115 number for assistance. We finally roused other guests using the buzzer to get in. Do not stay here.

    Our contact, Enrique was very helpful and professional. Huge apartment with a great outside garden area. Very clean Excellent location close to the Campo Pictures on the web page did not do justice to the size and charm of the apartment.
    Water pressure in one of the bathrooms was very weak.

    il soggiorno mi ha soddisfatto anche perchè l'appartamento era tutto per noi

    Assolutamente la disponibilità e la pazienza di Enrique e Simonetta che abbiamo tempestato di telefonate...!!!E la casa..veramente bella..... Se pensiamo inoltre, che anche la nostra vicina pazza era compresa nel prezzo... Beh, siamo stati davvero bene! =)

    The location, the character of the apartment, the friendly helpfulness of Enrique. The position is superb.
    I just think the shower in the mian section should be modernised. it is in the bath and is awkward to use.

    Excellent location, very central. Extremely clean, with excellent and very helpful, considerate Enrique, who was very thoughtful and attentive, and who ensured our comfort was paramount. The views from the very top flat were absolutely unbelievable. I would definitely stay there again.

    Excellent central location. Good equipment inside. Clean.
    Very flexible and helpful team of the tourist office but English communication skills could be better to avoid confusion. I was a bit confused when we got a room in a 3 o 4 room appartment. I would have been annoyed if other tourists had been staying at the same time (thankfully we were alone) for limited comfort...

    The apartment is very large and comfortable. The garden in an added bonus. Great location. Quiet. Cable TV Washing Machine Enrrique was a wonderful manager, he answered our questions, brought fresh towels during our stay, and called to make sure everything was in order. He is very warm and friendly.
    Bed linens too thin and a little too old.
    Kitchen could be more updated.
    Kitchen needs additional supplies.
    Needs English instructions for Washing Machine

    troppo complicato per chi arriva in auto per la prima volta specialmente per chi ha troppi bagagli e se perdi tempo per i vicoli al ritorno ricevi una bella multa ,vigili intransigenti!!!!!!!!!.30 euro/die per il garage sono troppi.

    We enjoyed our stay very much! Enrique was the perfect host! He went above and beyond and showed us some of the sites of the city. Siena is a beautiful old city. It was very special to stay in a wonderful old building and be walking distance to the Piazza del Campo.
