    The owner was wonderful! warm and accomodating. The room was quaint and comfortable overlooking the piazza. Very clean.

    Good location, room clean and comfortable.
    Bed had broken headboard. Breakfast was poor and the serve-yourself fridge in the breakfast room was not cold enough. Staff nowhere to be seen, had to be telephoned if one needed to speak to anyone, including to remind the proprietor that I was leaving and needed to pay!

    era tutto esattamente come illustrato in foto e abbiamo trovato la Sig.ra Maria che ci ha accolto splendidamente con tutto il calore che può dare una ottima padrona di casa. Molto soddisfatti tutti quanti.

    Fantastica posizione, camere belle e caratteristiche e gestione simpatica . Disponibilità e cortesia.
    Solo un piccolissimo neo: Una delle camere ha tende leggerissime. Il sole arriva impietoso all'alba.

    Die Beschreibung könnte ergänzt werden: - Wer eher ein ruhiges Zimmer will, bekommt eines nur mit Dachfenster (keine Aussicht) - Wer es auch etwas lärmiger erträgt, bekommt das Zimmer zur Piazza del Popolo (Parkplatz).

    Reasonable price. Room clean and spacious. powerful shower. nice view over piazza. very nice land lady.
    better if there was a dining room to have breakfast rather than have breakfast on a side table in the corridor. the corridor smelt foisty. it was ok though.

    The propriator was very helpfrul
    No convenient nearby parking. Having to lug suitcases up the stairs was strenuous, but not a surprize. Breakfast was minimal. Room had no windows except for skylight, so that the view of the city wasn't obtainable. Didn't like your policy of paying part in advance, then having to pay the remainder in cash rather than credit card.

    Maria Silvana's warm and welcoming personality made all the difference. She also allowed us to leave our bags in the room until late evening as our train did not leave until then.

    The room was charming and the landlady was very helpful and charming. Breakfast was good. The location was very convenient.
    We did not realize beforehand that the room was three flights up, without an elevator. On the other hand, the landlady helped us carry our luggage up on arrival and down on departure.
