We were very happy with the location itself. It is really a nice place for spending quiet and peaceful holidays. The land lady (Bruna) is very nice and helpful. She really does her best in order to keep the guest satisfied.

Only the breakfast could be a bit more varied, but even as it was it was delicious and rich. The coffee was EXCELLENT!:-)

The rooms are only separated by one door. So you can listen what the other guests are speaking. In addition it depents your go to sleep.

Bellissimo, vista panoramica, bella camera e sopratutto bel bagno, bella cucina completa, struttura sicuramente nuova, gentili e disponibili i titolari, , ottima colazione, se dovessi citare un diffetto è la non facile individuazione della posizione della struttura, vale la pena perdere cinque minuti in più, complimenti sinceri e buon lavoro.

Nice,guiet place. Full of silence,and Tuscany"s colours Marco and Bruna very frendlly ,creates homly atmosfere If you look for place where you will realy relax and rest I recomend this magic,green,peacefull place. Jezeli kiedykolwiek chcielibyscie zobaczyc spokojna,kolorowa Toscanie to polecam dom Bruny i Marca Oboje serdeczni,bardzo pomocni Sniadania serwowane sa w jadalni,badz tarasu z widokiem na morze i Elbę. Pokoje czyste ,nasz byl od wschodu i poludnia....polecam!!!! Miejsce pelne zieleni ,ciepla i spokoju Z Tyłu domu las i sciezki nie do schodzenia... na plaze (kamienista) nie za daleko Bruna zna wiele miejsc godnych odwiedzenia...wystarczy zapytac Nie ma problemu z porozumiewaniem sie w jezyku angielskim

Our hostess, Bruna, was very helpful and provided us with a town map. She also made us a table reservation in the local trattoria. The view was excellent and the room was cool, quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious!

The only minus was that the b&b is located on a hill (which we knew when making the reservation). So walking to the town and back can be quite demanding... But you can take it as an excersice! Arriving by car is probably the best choice. We parked our rental car on the street, where it was perfectly safe.

We were welcomed very friendly. The landlady Bruna informed us extentively about the surrounding. Where to go, where to find the nicest beaches, the best restaurants etc. The view was excellent en the surrounding beautiful.

We rented the appartment with a kitchen, which was fully equipped. But because of the kitchen there was no space for a double bed and we slept on a sofa-bed, which was a bit less comfortable than a double-bed. This was the only minus we experienced throughout the whole stay.

The hosts were wonderful, and went out of their way to help us ... if it was not for them we would never have seen some beautiful sights. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful.

The breakfast was lacking in taste and imagination.
