   La posizione è davvero ottima, in pieno centro. Gli ospiti sono cordiali ed offrono un'ottima accoglienza, unita ad utili suggerimenti per il soggiorno a Firenze

   The apartment was really good (cousy and clean). Location is excellent. Staff was also very very friendly and provided useful info.

   Everything was really excellent except one thing. When we were communicating with the owner prior to the booking, he promised us small discount. However, forgot about it when we arrived.

   Ottima la posizione: avendo poco tempo per visitare la città abbiamo sfuttato al massimo la posizione centralissima del beb! Gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze il Signor Bruno!

   Great location, couldn't be more central or convenient. Bruno was great and really helpful in terms of booking galleries, recommending restaurants/things to see. Room was clean and pretty comfortable

   Wasn't a huge amount of light in the room and it was a bit smaller than the website pictures had led me to believe.

   A very convenient location in the centre of Florence, right in the middle (5 minutes walking in each direction) between Uffizi and Duomo. Mr Bartalesi, the owner, was very kind and helpful.

   A rather scarce and disappointing breakfast and a twin bed which could have easily been taken for a single. Badia Fiorentina occupies the first floor of an apartment house and every noise was clearly audible all the time.

   The room was excellent and information on Florence provided went beyond what was expected. really helpful.

   The photograph supplied of the outside was actually of Dante's House not Badia Fiorentina. We were looking for one thing and actually got something totally different . . . a large nice wood entry door.

   Helpful, friendly and informative staff. My partner and I came to arrange our wedding for next and Suzanne has even assisted us with in that!! Just a wonderful place to stay I cannot say anything else but that they were wonderful.

   Absolutely nothing!!

   the room was very nice and clean, and it was quite. the location was perfect.

   the coffee served in the morning wasn't as good as I had expected. and breakfast didn't include any cheese, but we were told that's the italian way.

   The location was excellent!!!!

   No common room that allowed the guests to mingle or just relax. It was setup more like a hotel then a B&B.
   
   No television in the room.

   Very helpful gal by the name of Suzanne. Bruno was very friendly. Nice room and bathroom. Helpful with leaving luggage after check out on last day until we could pick it up to catch the train.

   Shower had no place to set soap or shampoo. Many stairs. Artwork in the room was annoying.

   Not suitable if you have a car, no parking is available. Not happy when we get a parking fine when off loading the luggage.

   A very good place to stay for those who are seeking good value with an excellent central location. Bruno and Franco went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and to make us feel welcome.

   We really enjoyed staying at Badia Fiorentina; the location of the B&B is perfect in the absolute center of the town without the disturbing noise of traffic or people that you sometimes have to put up with in towncentres. Our host Bruno was a perfect gentleman with an interest to satisfy his customers. He will help you with anything that you might need or need to ask - if he can't answer he will guide you to someone who can.

   The "orthopaedic beds" where not quite what you would expect, I wouldn't search the world for this orthopaedist if I broke my leg...
   The breakfast was not top of the rank either; conserved bread, toast and cake. Fresh good coffee though and Bruno did get us some fresh bread too, when faced with the question if there where any...

   Il soggiorno è stato buono,il personale molto accogliente,colazione abbondante e la posizione della struttura è ottima in quanto è al pieno centro.

   excellent location and Bruno very charming and helpful

   Our room was freezing cold with another small room attached which was like going into a fridge. More heating would have been better.
   Breakfast was very poor indeed, so we bought our own products for breakfast but no discount was made for this.

   The host was charming and most helpful. He reserved us tickets for the Uffuzi and the Academia and gave very god advice about where to eat. We couldn't have asked for more.
