Angelo was terrific.. unfortuantely the low rate on structure was due to the elevator not working and they are locate up 8 flights of stairs.. they did help carry the suitcases upstairs.. the breakfast was wonderful and we were given help to change the next reservation to one were elevator worked ... also they could have a sign made for the building we spent one hour trying to find the address.. but it was very perfect location

La camera dà sulla cucina-soggiorno dove la famiglia prepara e consuma i pasti: per andare in bagno si deve passare accanto a loro che cenano.
Mentre ero lì hanno usato il bagno che dicevano fosse a me dedicato.
Per la colazione avevo chiesto pane e marmellata, e il secondo giorno mi hanno dato il pane duro avanzato dal giorno prima.
In sintesi, se il prezzo fosse stato inferiore, forse sarebbe anche andato bene, ma per quanto ho pagato, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

It's in the centre of old town in Genova, and it's near to almost everything, the harbour, the Aquarium, shops, resaurants, trainstations. The rooms are clean and big. They have two doublerooms with one bathroom. The roof terrace has a beautiful view over the harbour and the city. I will recomend Sopra i tetti to others.
It's not easy to find. We arrived late at night and took a taxi from the trainstation but Sopra i tetti is on a pedestrian street so the taxi left us 50m from the doorway. There are no big signs "Sopra i tetti". You must look at the house entry phone. There is no problem if you ask someone.

Sono stata proprio bene, come a casa, anzi, di piu': come a casa di amici che mi fanno assaporare la gioia di una condivisione semplice, autentica, di un'accoglienza alla quale spesso torno col pensiero e dalla quale riparto rinfrancata. Grazie, di cuore!!!

Nice location and superb terrace to see the whole city. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous in terms of food.
There was no air conditioner. Opening the window was a major mistake: not only were people in the street louder throughout the night than with the windows closed, but we spent hours fighting mosquitoes: an ordeal...
The hostess could not speak much English: interactions with our hosts were minimal and we had to vacate the terrace when the owners were ready for dinner...
The breakfast could have benefited from a large portion of real juice...

We only spent one night here, but the owners were really kind and helpful. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable, which is grateful when you are travelling a lot! Everything was really clean! The B&B was very quiet, which is good to rest! The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed it in the terrace :) I would definitely recommend this place!
Paying in cash is not a problem when you know it, so I think it would be useful on the website, where is not specified that the bathroom is shared; but there's nothing bad to say about this place! They are very welcoming.
