    The rooms were nice and the separate beds for the children was good. It was handy to the airport which we needed for an early morning flight.
    There was no hot water and the shower was only a hand held one with no holder for it.

    The owner went out of her way to wait for us to arrive even though we arrived an hour after the arranged time and it was a Sunday afternoon. She helped us with a taxi problem and called for a taxi the next morning to go to the airport.
    We did not have a car and I did not realize how far out of Rome the B & B was.

    The room and bathroom were very comfortable and pleasing. The host was lovely, and she spoke English very satisfactorily. The location is terrific to the airport, which is why we selected it. A 3-minute walk, and you're near the public bus stop that takes you to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Also, we ran across a restaurant 3 blocks away that served up some of the best food we had in Italy--and no tourists! The name of it is Jeffes and I highliy recommend their fresh, innnovative foods
    If you're looking to be in a convenient neighborhood to downtown Rome, then there are other places you may want to look at. There is not a lot to see and do in this particular neighborhood. It's a safe, residential neighborhood.

    Our hostess was very friendly and generous and went out of her way to help. The breakfast was excellent. There was more food there than we could eat. The overall service was excellent. It is the perfect location if you want to be near the Airport. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Rome.
    The only drawback was that if you wanted to go into the center of Rome, you had to take a bus and a couple of trains.

    The owner was just terrific and extremely welcoming. We appreciated it after a long day in the car. She old us exactly how to return the rental car and take the bus back to the flat and even donated buspasses! The facility was great, very large and suited our party of 5 perfectly. Our flight home the next day required us to leave for airport by 4am, so the owner brought a great breakfast of meats, cheese and some pastry the night before-it was enough to feed an army; exactly what we needed to quiet our two teenage boys! We would definitely stay there agai.
    Nothing.

    Very helpful and friendly contact at the B&B, responded v quickly to email requests including driving directions. Excellent facilities, good breakfast, and very convenient location near the airport - would have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay for those just arriving or leaving from the airport.

    What a wonderful hostess! From our arrival until our departure, Federica was available to make our stay comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean, she arranged the taxi for our early departure and even had a continental breakfast available at 5AM.
    This is not a tourist area. There are no sights to see, nothing to visit. But, if you are on the way to or from the Rome airport, you will not find a more pleasant place to stay or a better value in all of the Rome metro area.

    L'accoglienza è stata a dir poco calda e accogliente. Quando siamo andati a cena mia figlia, mi aveva chiesto di sedersi affianco alla Sig.a Federica ed è rimasta delusa quando le ho detto che non sarebbe venuta con noi. Piena disposizione da parte della signora nei nostri confronti, più di quanto ci saremmo aspettati. Anche la stanza molto confortevole per una famiglia con una bimba di 4 anni. Complimenti, vogliamo tornarci!!!

    We are two senior ladies travelling together. Our first night in Italy at Bed & Breakfast Le Ville was an excellent choice. A very friendly and helpful reception at this pretty, well kept place, close to Fuimicino airport. A good starting point for our month in Italy

    Mrs D`Angelo is very charming lady. She helped us with the all information we needed abut the buses and for The Ostia antica excavationgs that are near by. As we were departing early in the morning, she left a cofe and a breakfast for us in our room. The location is very near to the airport and convenient for those that took off early in the morning. We thank her very much and hope see her again.

    my only complaint is that breakfast was minimal and that there should be an elektric kettle around and a fair amount of milk. i personally drink strong tea & milk in the morning and i also expect a FRESH panino.i know that most people are satified with an assortment of sweet stuff for their breakfast while i am not. as to the rest the owner, signora Dangelo was very kind , helpful and understanding. thanks very much joram rozov

    Federica was most helpful and accommodating, willing to help anyway she could. We used the BB 3 times on this trip whenever we needed to be close to the airport and would come back.
    There are some difficulties getting a taxi at the airport to take you to Fiumicino, but you can call Federica and she will help.

    Das Quartier selbst ist ordentlich, sauber und ganz schön. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und sympathisch.
    Das Quartier ist nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Es war weiter entfernt als erwartet. Der Taxifahrer hatte große Probleme das Quartier zu finden.
    Erreichen ohne Taxi ist aber nicht möglich. Eine Anreise mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen kostet 20,- € , die Fahrt zum Flughafen wiederum 10,- €, so dass die Übernachtung letztlich 100,-€ gekostet hat.
    Der Preis von 70,-€ pro Nacht für das Quartier ist übertrieben hoch, vor dem Hintergrund der Lage.
    Beim nächsten Mal werden wir das Hilton am Flughafen nehmen, das kommt preislich etwa aufs Gleichte heraus, es lohnt nicht, den WEg vom Flughafen zu dem B&B zu machen.
    Noch ein Hinweis: Es ist ein absolutet Skandal, dass die Bed&Breakfast- Preise sich inzwischen ebenso unverschämt hoch entwickelt haben, wie die Hotel-Preise. Früher, vor der EURO-Einführung, waren die Bed&Breakfast-Quartiere die günstigsten überhaupt. Das kann man heute leider nicht mehr sagen! Daher also in Zukunft lieber gleich ins Hotel.
    Es hat sich nicht gelohnt!

    We thought the location, cleanliness and especially the staff and what we got for our money was very good. We stayed in a family room which had two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a little terrace overlooking the garden - it was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was brought up at the time we had requested and the owner also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, again all done in a very pleasant manner, she could not do enough for us. We also had a fridge in our bedroom which had water provided and we also had milk provided for our young son. Definitely one the best Bed and Breakfasts we have stayed in.

    L'unico appunto che posso fare, ovviamente non dipendente dai proprietari, è la tipologia di infissi che non garantisce la completa oscurazione della camera.
    Per il resto, nulla da eccepire.

    This was a lovely room convenient to both Fumicino and Ostia from Romes's airport by bus. The bus trip to Ostia features Roman Ruins and a huge beach resort. The owner/hostess knocks herself out to make her guests welcome and comfortable. The privacy is complete.

    Flimsy wall partition between flats did not isolate noise from the adjacent flat.

    ciao a tutti mi chiamo daniele ed ho soggiornato alBeB LE VILLE e posso assicurarvi con certezza che si sta una favola e perfetto in tutti i sensi sia come posizione a circa 2 chilometri dall aereoporto che con le fermate delle linee degli autobus,il servizio e ottimo ed i prezzi sono buonissimi troverete una accoglianza ed una disponibilità mai vista quindi ve lo consiglio vivamente,nn vedo l ora di tornarci.

    We were very pleased with the welcome and the accommodation. Our suite was excellent. Federica was a pleasant and helpful hostess. She organised a taxi to the airport, gave us a lift from the supermarket and booked our bus tickets. We would recommend this B&B to anyone using Rome airport, and to anyone wanting good access to Rome by public transport but not wishing to stay in the city.

    We had an early flight out the next morning, and the owner was so kind to drive me to the airport the night before (about 10 minutes away) so I would know the way in the morning. We had a good continental breakfast on our own room terrace overlooking a garden. Good l breakfast, delivered on time.
    Not an issue with Le Ville itself, but there are not many restaurants nearby.

    la struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale rispetto all'areoporto quindi ottima xche deve sostare per prendere eventuali voli. Ciò che contaddistingue il b&b è un arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli cn estrema raffinatezza, una pulizia impeccabile ed una cordialità e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria che io nn avevo mai trovato prima pur viaggiando tanto...Ve lo consiglio...fidatevi

    La habitación MUY bonita, limpia y ordenada, el bed & breakfast más lindo de los varios que visité en Italia. La atención por parte de Federica, muy servicial a pesar de que no tuve la oportunidad de conocerla personalmente se encargó de suministrar toda la información que necesitaba para llegar bien al B&B, se preocupó porque tuviera una bonita estancia en mi última noche en Italia al dejarme desayuno en la habitación pues debía partir en la madrugada y encargarse de que tuviera servicio de taxi para partir al aeropuerto.
    Nulla!! todo muy bien, mas bien lástima que no podia quedarme más tiempo

    Location is easy to find if you can get a local taxi from Fiumicino.Taxis at the airport is only familiar with tourist going to Rome,. However, the owner Federica is there to help guests to arrive safely. I would definitly ask her to arrange for the pick up. She is most friendly and helpful.

    Le Ville is a great place to stay very clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. Federica is very welcoming and hospitable. We left our cell phone behind and she mailed it back to us in New Zealand which was much appreciated.
    I love to have cups of tea at all times of the day and would have appreciated a kettle to boil up hot water. But that is true of anywhere I stay.

    Le Ville was great all around for our family of 4. Taxi from airport would have been 10 euros, but with luggage was 15. Arranged with driver to pick us up at 5am next morning ~ cost 20 euros. Passed through locked gate, small garden, up steps to front door; inside you are 2 doors to 1st floor rooms, and 2 doors at top of stairs to 2nd floor rooms. Our rooms consisted of small entry, medium size double room with comfortable mattress, large wall of cabinet/closet, large bath, 2nd smaller rooms with twins leading on to nice balcony/terrace. A/C in larger bedroom ~ if you keep the doors open, it cools the entire space. The lady who welcomed us was VERY friendly and gracious. Took our passports, and returned with a tray for morning breakfast, with 4 or 5 continental style wrapped pastries PER PERSON, plus butter, jam, etc. Juice & bottled water in fridge ~ free. Taxi driver referred us to wonderful restaurant/pizzeria within walking distance. As leave Le Ville, turn left to end of street, then right 1/2 block, then left along main road for 2 or 3 more blocks to "Isola D'Oro" ~ Via Della Scafa 166, ph 066522600. www.ristorante-isoladoro.it. GREAT food, reasonably priced ~ brick oven pizza by the meter! Closed Mondays.
    Staying at Le Ville involves taking a taxi, but the cost of the hotel plus taxi is far less than staying at the airport Hilton or others. Le Ville is not luxurious, but was adequate for our family. If you find stairs hard to negotiate, this is not the place for you (we had to haul our luggage up 2 short flights). Don't let taxi drivers charge more than 15 to 20 euros . . .

    The owner was extremely helpful in helping us to locate and receive our lost luggage. She personally drove us to pick it up. I cannot express enough about her helpfulness. She has a genuine desire to make her guests safe and comfortable. The room we had was quite spacious and clean and comfortable.
    We did not arrive by car but by train and bus. I'm not sure the directions to arrive by train/ bus are clear enough for an English speaking person. The local bus drivers did not know the street or the existence of the B&B and didn't always speak english. Though once you catch on , through trial and error, it is quite easy.

    We enjoyed our stay at Le Ville and Federica was a wonderful hostess. She was informative about restaurants and grocery stores nearby and made sure we had a taxi booked for our trip to the airport at 4 am the next day. She also made sure we had breakfast before we left and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-kept. The view off the balcony for one of the rooms was very picturesque. We thought the rooms were quite reasonably priced for the area and would definitely return to Le Ville.
    Being unfamiliar with the area, we did not realize we would have to taxi to and from the airport, which added to the cost.

    Federica and her B&B were fantastic. Convenietly located near Fiumicino made catching our early flight home easy. She was more than happy to provide us with an early breakfast. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

    the owner, federica, speaks fluent english, very hospitable, with extra liking for people from israel (she used to work there...). the place is quiet, spotless, warm and inviiting. its just a few minuets from the airport, breakfast is generous, i wish we could stay more...

    Best B&B in Italy! Well, at least we've got that impression, after staying in 4 different B&B's. Very nice room (we got 2 rooms and a bathroom). Very nice owner and very willing to help. She told us all we needed to know about metro, shopping, helped us to order tickets to Vaticans. The location is very comfartable, if you have a car. You drive to metro staition, pay 4 Euros and you have all day ticket. You can go everythere by metro. Better when driving - no parking in Rome.

    The owner, Federica, was just amazing! We loved the room and grounds. It was very convenient for the airport since we had both a late arrival and early departure. Federica had fresh fruit, pastries, juice and coffee for our breakfasts. The night air was cool and lovely as it flowed through the open wrought iron windows and french doors. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and a hair dryer was furnished. We will plan to stay again each trip to Rome!

    The security relating to the overnight parking was very good. Our inn keeper was most accommodating - we had an early morning flight and she made sure that there was enough beverages despite the fact that she wouldn't be preparing coffee for 3:30 am.
    It is just a newly established B & B (May-08) so a few little things were missing. We could not find a waste basket for our garbage and it is always nice to have a little night light (that doesn't shine in your face) when you are staying in a strange place.
