    Colazione magnifica, pulito, cordiale il gestore, unica pecca le scale ripide e il bagno in comune. Ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

    La úbicación tan central. La espacialidad y amplitud del dormitorio. La preocupación y atención personal de Fabrizzio. El aseo impecable y cuidadoso. El libre acceso a la cocina para preparar la colación , el té o la comida. El acceso a internet y el compartir con otros alojados.
    Pienso que sería bueno explicitar más las facilidades con que cuentan los alojados.
    La única dificultas es subir 5 pisos con la maleta.

    Siena è una bella città visitabile comodamente a piedi in una giornata. Casa di Antonella è situata in un'ottima posizione centrale; ben gradito il servizio e la colazione abbondante.
    Abbastanza rumore se si tengono le finastre aperte (sabato sera-notte)

    camera confortevole, con bel terrazzino, palazzo antico, posizione ottima. Gestore molto disponibile ma poco "inserito" nella cultura cittadina locale e poco socievole.
    la colazione: abbondante ma qualitativamente bassa. Avrei preferito il contrario.
    I bagni in corridoio: scomodi e spesso occupati. La mancanza di aria condizionatta.

    Siamo rimaste soddisfatte del rapporto qualità prezzo, della posizione e dell'accoglienza molto attenta e discreta. La prima colazione sia dolce che salata era accurata e variegata, e il gestore si è premurato di sapere se vi erano particolari esigenze ed abitudini.

    The location was great-only 5 minute walk to El Campo, and about a 10 minute walk from the free parking at the Fortezza. The owner was great, and when we had a problem with a vendor, he called for us and straightened it out. Also, it was the best breakfast at any b and b we stayed at during out 3 weeks in Italy. Rooms are large and you really get the feel of being in a home in Italy here. I really enjoyed it here.
    There was nothing negative about Casa di Antonella!!

    The room was very clean, nice and cosy. Everything that could need was provided. The view was magnificent. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from ancient center. In the morning we had very good breafast with juice, meats and cheese. When we arrive we had been met with the men- Antonnela`s companion. Very helpful.
    The street is little bit noisy. we listened all night songs from the next bar- it was fun.
    Tha parkng is outside the sity and we had to walk very long distance with our baggage. And then climb up to the 3rd floor.
    Antonella seemed not friendly and welcoming. Didn`t turned when we said goodbye just waved hand- strange lady.

    Large room, clean rooms and nice bathrooms, good location. The single bed was broken but the owner replaced it quickly. Easy to meet fellow travellers at breakfast.
    The owner was sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly.
    Noisy from the street at times at night.

    We really liked our stay at Casa di Antonella. The location was great - right in the thick of it, the rooms were very clean and Antonella was a wonderful host. The shared bathroom was fine and the room was well appointed.

    *Muy ruidoso pero lo que es peor de una forma intencionada por parte del personal (7:00 AM) para forzar un desayuno temprano y un check out rapido.
    *Poca seguridad en la casa, el personal solo aparede a primer hora para dar el desayuno y preparar la casa para el proximo inquilino, la casa permanece abierta todo el día.
    *Desayuno muy escaso

    I did not have an opportunity to meet Antonella, but my wife met her and was impressed. All was ready for us upon arrival. We had to leave early the next day so did not have breakfast. The furnishings and atmosphere of the B/B were appropriate.

    Il vantaggio principale del b&b è la posizione, centrale e molto comoda, ma anche il trattamento clienti e la pulizia delle camere e dei servizi è buona.

    Il b&b la casa di Antonella è situato in una posizione veramente comoda nel centro di Siena.Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti. I bagni comuni sono puliti e ben strutturati. Antonella è una persona squisita e attenta nei riguardi degli ospiti.
    La posizione centrale implica che, nel fine settimana, talvolta capita di godere di qualche schiamazzo di troppo. Questo non si può imputare a Antonella. Tutto non si può avere.

    o bom humor e a gentileza de todo o pessoal.
    ter que trocar de local e quarto no meio do sejour, ficar sem café da manhã sem ter sido
    avisada com a troca de local e de quarto. Não ter como pagar pessoalmente na saida.
    Deixei pagamento e chaves no quarto. A falta de email de comunicação para inclusive
    saber si tudo foi encontrado devidamente.

    Comodissima location, a due minuti a piedi da Piazza del Campo, sia dalla porta delle mura e in generale posizione perfetta. Soprattutto per la pizzeria proprio sotto casa dove sfornano tranci di pizza davvero ottimi a prezzi bassissimi! La signora Antonella è davvero una persona disponibile e gentile. Ambiente pulito e confortevole. Stanza spaziosa e provvista di tv. I bagni, in comune con le altre 4 stanze, vengono puliti ogni mattina. La colazione servita dalle 8.30 alle 9.30 è internazionale, e comprende ogni tipo di sfizio possibile! Se andate a Siena vi consiglio vivamente di andare qui, per il rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente soddisfacente da ogni punto di vista.. Adatta sia a coppie mature che giovani.
    L'unica pecca è che essendo la stanza molto spaziosa, faticava un pochino a riscaldarsi, ma grazie alle supercopere di cui il letto era dotato, non si sentiva minimamente il freddo!

    The breakfast is exellent ! The girls serving the breakfast very kind.
    It was not mentioned that there were 3 stairs, with luggage and no help it is a lot for eldery people. Also we came back at the B&B at around 6 oçlock and it was very cold, no heating. Later when we returned at 9 oçlock the heating was on. There is noise from the street in the rooms, and what if you arrive alone at 6 oçlock and there is nobody at home? When we arrived there was no staff ?

    Very good breakfast. Antonella is a kind, friendly and charming person. You feel at home in the B and B. B and B very well situated, close to the old town. We liked it there and willl certainly go back when we are in Siena again.
    There was nobody present when we arived. But we knew that from the website. We found our name on the door of our room and saw Antonella the morning afterwards. So it was'nt really a problem for us but it 's more pleasant to be welcomed.

    The B&B is in an excellent location in the ancient part of Siena and a 5 minute walk to the bus station (without travel bags). We were travelling with our 2 granddaughters, 10 & 12 and we were all made very welcome. For breakfast we had omlet, fruit juice, cooked meats, bread, cheese, fruit, tea, coffee and even chocolate cake. Antonella is mainly there in the mornings, but if you are arriving later, ring the door bell, the door opens and go up to the 3rd floor, your room is ready. Would definitely stay again.     The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific. The common area was great to come back to after a long day and relax or visit with the other people staying there.
    There was no negatives.

    Our bedroom was large and very clean. The bathrooms were also clean but see below. Because the hosts are not resident it felt more like a temporary flat share than a B&B. We didn't feel like we were in someone's home - which is liberating. Bedroom ceiling mural was a bonus!
    The two bathrooms were small and as we were staying at a time when all the rooms were full had to be shared by 12 people. One toilet/shower to six people is not enough. Also not room for all to have breakfast at the same time. Plastic plates at the breakfast table were a minor irritation. Be warned about the stairs - no problem for us and we were expecting them but this B&B is not accessible.

    The description did not state that the bathroom was not ensuite - one morning there were 12 guests & there are only 2 bathrooms.
    I also didn't find any information stating that it is necessary to park outside the city - ideally in the Stadion. That is not a problem as it's only 10 minutes walk but as we didn't know we ended up driving for an hour through the city trying to find the accommodation & then trying to find the way out of the city as many of the roads are one way. We ended up being led out of the city by a friendly police car after the policemen took pity on us.

    The room my mother and I stayed in was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the b&b was in a great location.
    I was disappointed that the bedrooms were not en suite, as nowhere on the description did I see that the bathrooms were shared (2 between a maximum 10 people). Also the breakfast was served on disposal plastic plates which somehow made it less pleasant.

    Arrived in torrential rain and was very grateful to find the doors open and a note left for us. However would have been very confused if I had not read about access to the B+B in previous clients' comments. Rooms large, breakfast excellent.
    Think clients should be made aware of how to gain access as Owner is only there in the morning to prepare breakfast, and I believe speaks only Italian.

    I really enjoyed the way Antonella allowed us to enjoy her B & B as if it was our own home. She only came in the morning to cook the breakfast and allowed all we travellers to take over the apartment ourselves, even allowing us the use of the kitchen at night or lunch time. We all congregated in the dining/living area around dinner time and swapped notes. You have no idea just how comfortable we felt having the time to relax and unwind without feeling that we were in someone else's home...it was like home to me! The breakfast was ample and we had a variety to chose from which was all placed on the table to share and not dished out...we even had cooked omelettes and sausages as well as the continental fare. There was information on the dining table about Siena which was a help also. There were two share bathrooms that were ample for all our needs. The view from our bedroom window was great... across the road a typical Italian verandah with terracotta pots,down below was the street leading to St Catherine's and out to a beatiful huge old church and beyond the Tuscan Hills...many photos there. I enjoyed this B & B. Thanks to Antoniella!
    If you are not a back-packer be aware that there are many stairs up to the B & B
    It is on the 4th floor and we had heavy luggage....BUT we managed and let's face it, it is Italy and there are steps everywhere you go and besides after our stay, I would say it was worth it...steps and all.
    Antonella was not there to meet us due to family illness, but did call in that evening to see us all. I would prefer someone to be there to greet her clients as I did go up and down the steps a few times to let people in as the front door could not be opened from the apartment.

    Location was good and breadfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.
    We were not made to feel very welcome. Communication on how and when to check in and find the place was very poor. No english was spoken or understood, supposedly. I was led to understand in email communications that there was a place to park my car, and this was not true. We had to walk a very long distance from where we could park to the B&B.

    We stayed in room no. 1. It was very spacious and had a lovely balcony looking over the street. It was very central yet we were never bothered by any noise. The breakfast was great as well. For the price, I don't think we could have found a better place to stay whilst in Siena.

    Nice place in the center of town. Excellent breakfast. Only problems were that a light sleeper might not like the noise outside. The disadvantage of being in the center. No elevator and she is on the fourth floor. I noticed that she was not there in the afternoon but she leaves the door open and a note on what to do. None of these problems bothered me.     I wish that she would be there in the afternoon when the guests arrive. One is confused at first, although one quickly gets over it.
