    Wir sind ausgesprochen glücklich über dieses nette Bed and Breakfast. Die Lage ist einmalig, das Zimmer unglaublich- mit sehr guten Betten und einem bezaubernden Ausblick. Nicola ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen. Venedig ist schon etwas Besonderes-dieses Bed and Breakfast auch!

    The host Nicola was really lovely and helpful. He made you feel very at home. The location was superb and very close to everything.
    Everything was great, except that the bed felt a little small.

    il sig Nicola è un ottimo padrone di casa gentile premuroso e ospitale, colazione ottima ed abbondante vista spettacolare sulla laguna apochi metri da Piazza San Marco il mio giudizio considerando che è un bed and breakfast è Ottimo++++++++++++++++
