   The location of the b&b is perfect - close to the historical center and not far away from the train station. The staff is friendly, room is very large and clean. Breakfast is also nice. Coming to Florence next time, I plan to book a room in this b&b again.

   la posizione è decisamente ottima. la struttura è condominiale anche se il B&B all'interno è nel complesso gradevole

   un handicap (ma che conoscevo avendo già soggiornato nella zona) è il rumore notturno dato dalla moltitudine dei giovani che frequentano la zona.....ma sono stata giovane anche io!!!

   The owner was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean , bed comfortable, bathroom very good and spacious Breakfast was ample , plenty to eat and the lady who served us made the best cappuccinos and was very helpful. Location close to everything A lift so that we didnt have to carry our bags up to 4th floor

   Not beeing able to use the airconditioner-as we could not find the controller
   A bit noisy if windows left open
   Didnt know if we could make our own tea or coffee in the kitchen as no coffee/tea facilities in room

   The location is right near Santa Croce, a good central location. A secured gate from the street was nice. The price was very good.

   Fourth story up, on a pretty loud street at night. Still, the room was comfortable.

   Tutto bene ed in particolare la flessibilità e cortesia della proprietaria che tenta in ogni modo di soddisfare le necessità degli ospiti.

   Purtroppo la zona é molto rumorosa di notte per schiamazzi sino a tarda ora.

   A Teatro B&B was nicely situated in Florence, within 5-10 minutes walk of most museums, churches, and other interests. Daniela and her staff were helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was varied, fresh and appetizing. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend to others!

   The beds were VERY hard. So hard that we woke up sore. The pillows were very flat.
