    I proprietari sono persone splendide, molto cortesi. Il posto è bellissimo anche se un pò lontano dai centri abitati vicini infatti intorno c' è solo campagna. Regna l'ordine e la pulizia e gli appartamenti sono ben dotati delle cose essenziali. Sicuramente è il posto ideale per le famiglie.
    Non c'è ricezione per i telefonini tranne che in alcuni punti all'esterno, ed all'interno degli appartamenti ci vorrebbe un phon a parete in bagno. Forse in futuro provvederanno!

    La qualità dell'alloggio, la pulizia, la tranquillità,il posto, il rapporto qualità prezzo
    La totale assenza di indicazioni nelle strade adiacenti il sito e di sera è difficile da trovare anche se i proprietari sono molto disponibili

    Luogo incantevole per rilassarsi, l'unico rumore intorno è quello del gregge e l'eco delle proprie parole...l'agriturismo mette a disposizione biciclette gratuite da utilizzare. Proprietaria molto cordiale, vive nella villa vicino con le pecore e i cani. Il luogo è bellissimo ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per un'escursione sul Lago Trasimeno...consigliatissimo

    Spacious property and very relaxing and quiet - it really feels like its on a property in the middle of nowhere, on dirt roads far away from cars and shops etc. Lovely lady greeted us, holding an Italian-English dictionary, very practical in showing us all amenities and making sure we were ok. Bathroom was clean, towels were nice and everything was at the very least decent and no blemishes such as stench or things not working :) The kitchen was decent and there was a local town about 10 minute drive with a supermarket which was crucial as distances were great and we feared having to trek far just to get food.. Recommend that you stay there for a couple of nights as the first day/night arriving might be a bit unsettling and you cant get into the 'country' vibe of it in such a short space of time.
    We hadnt realised how far this was from 'civilization'. A GPS is a must to get around and even with it we were 'dropped' in the middle of a dirt road and had to ask local houses we came across to find the place - which as stressful as they couldn't speak a word of English in the area.
    Depending on what you are looking for, this accommodation can be exactly the sort of escape you want or else it can come across as a remote frustration of dirt roads and 'country' atmosphere with no English to offer information. TV was tiny, my girlfriend had hayfever from cats who strolled into our room through the window (I guess on this property that kind of thing is unavoidable, but still..). Instructions on how to find the place were very cryptic. . . and the sign leading to the place is NOT so easy to see, so you should make sure to keep your eyes on each and every sign as you drive past properties in the area.

    Villa Martis is rustig en landschappelijk mooi gelegen, de woningen zijn ruim, de beheerders zijn vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, dit hebben wij ervaren tijdens onze pech met de auto. Het zwembad is mooi en ligt in landelijke rust. Aan te bevelen; met de trein van Terontola naar Florence. In Terontola is het achter het station vrij parkeren.
    Een duidelijke routebeschrijving om er te komen is gewenst.
