The view from the terrace was terrific -It was wonderfully remote from "modern life", the nearest shops were not really far away but the town they were in was well hidden below the skyline and didn't intrude on the view. It is basic farmhouse style accommodation as it advertises. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen facilities i.e. the hob and oven worked fine. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

While we didn't expect smart furniture, and were quite happy with it all once we settled in, the first impression was not very smart.

Hello, in general we are satisfy from this house, with any small remarks - behind our bedroom had assembled a hydrophore system, which was to hoise and gave a disconfort when you are in the room ...

This accommodation is far better than the description or photos show. It is perfectly located with Siene 20 minutes to the north and the famous brunello wine area to the south. Very clean. Very from the backyard over looks the crete hills...absolutely lovely. Price was excellent.

Struttura isolata con tutti i pregi ( contatto con la natura, tranquillita') e difetti( difficolta' per arrivare, tom tom non la vede non c'e' il numero civico, se arrivi di notte giri parecchio prima di trovarla)

Nonostante la gentilezza e la disponibilita' della gestrice alcuni particolari erano trascurati ( erba alta giardino, pulizzia cucina, biciclette con le gomme a terra)

Nonna Vicenca was more than accomodating,it sure helped that my husband spoke italian otherwise the communicating would have been difficult.The view is spectacular as well as the overall apartment itself.

the housecleaning could have been a bit more up to par but overall we were very happy.
