    Peaceful and calm. I enjoyed th fact that I could smell the countryside (cows I think). Great view from the balcony
    TV didn't work. After a night storm the toilet cistern kept running (background noise) and the water pressure dropped in the shower (and was tepid). I reported it and they said yes it was 'a problem they had' when it rained.

    The owner was exceptionally helpful. he drove his own car so that we could follow him, both in the evening to show us the way to a good local restaurant and the following morning to lead us to Pompeii. he even spoke with the restaurant staff and found us a table. The member of staff who served us breakfast was also very kind and friendly. the views from the accommodation were stunning. The room had air con which was much appreciated, beds were comfortable and the location was nice and peaceful.
    The local roads to the accommodation were VERY narrow and so driving was quite a hairraising experience. Also it would have been good to have a kettle and small fridge in the room.
