    I thought the place was much nicer than the photos. The location is great - convenient and yet sufficiently out of town. The buildings are beautiful and the room we stayed in was gorgeous and the reasonable price made it that much better. The staff were also very helpful and sweet.

    Location was good....about a kilometre from the centre of town. Room was nice.
    Staff were OK but certainly didn't go out of their way to be helpful - they provided Nescafe coffee sachets - no milk. They ran out of breakfast cereal, with not even an apology. The room was full of mosquitoes when we got there and we got bitten to pieces but the staff weren't interested in trying to help. It's not a bad place but there are certainly MUCH BETTER places of this kind near Greive in Chianti.
