    Spacious room and kitchen. Views. Nice Pool.
    There was no indication on the site what time the reception was opened. This caused a lot of waiting.

    The location is great: near Castellina but in a really calm location. You have a swimming pool facing the amazing view on the Chianti's hills. The room was perfect: tidy, neat with everything you need. You have access to a common kitchen, with the essentials provided (croissant, coffee, tea and dry bread).
    I would have liked a real breakfast made by the owners, and not some individual's industrial packages. But, hey, the good thing is, with the kitchen, you can cook if you buy some regional products.

    Access to cooking facilities and fridge.
    Poor hot water system for shower. It ran cold very quickly. Also often no hot water in kitchen area for washing dishes.

    Die freundliche Aufnahme durch die Wirtin am späten Abend.
    Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass die Küche von 3 Parteien genutzt wurde und es sich daher nicht um eine abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung gehandelt hat.
