    Il personale alla reception mi ha aspettato malgrado le tre ore di ritardo al check-in (preavvisando). La location e' in posizione fantastica, panorama mozzafiato, l'appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative, tutto ci ha soddisfatto, in particolare il rapporto qualita'-prezzo. I prodotti dell'agriturismo, vino e olio, sono estremamente buoni. I consigli sulla ristorazione in zona azzeccati. Torneremo sicuramente, purche' vengano mantenuti questi prezzi....
    Assolutamente nessun aspetto negativo !

    Cinzia is an excelent embassador to the resort. She is pleasant and helpful. The setting was magical, sun sets, deer in the garden, rooster crowing at sunrise. Was literally far from the madding crowd.
    This is not a dissatisfaction but a suggestion to add to the comfort of the stay. We could have done with a clean-up in the 8 nights we spent there. A DVD player and some English DVDs would have added to the relaxation of our stay for the wet days and snuggly evenings.

    Nothing!
    Unfortunately this was not a positive stay for us:
    * The staff were not available before 9am or after 6 pm
    * We were told that since it was a self service place we needed to provide our own toilet paper.
    * No basic breakfast was served, which I guess makes sense if it's a "self-service" apartment.
    * We were never shown how to operate the washer, the appliances or fireplace
